THE MAN BEHIND THE MUSIC
MEET DJ
AMBITIOUS BOY.
Ricky Bambury, professionally known as DJ Ambitious Boy, is a Colorado-based open-format DJ building a career at the intersection of music, sports, entertainment, and culture.
Known for his versatility, crowd awareness, and high-energy presence, Ricky creates experiences that feel intentional from the first song to the final moment.
MORE THAN A DJ.
For Ricky, DJing has never been about simply playing music.
It is about understanding the room. Knowing when to build energy, when to shift the mood, and how to create moments people remember long after the event ends.
His open format style allows him to move seamlessly through hip hop, R&B, Top 40, dance, throwbacks, and crowd favorites while adapting every set to the audience in front of him.
Whether he is performing at a packed sporting event, setting the tone at a corporate experience, taking over a nightlife venue, or creating the soundtrack for a private celebration, every set is built around one thing:
the people in the room.
LET’S CREATE THE MOMENT.
From stadiums and venues to corporate events, festivals, and private experiences, bring DJ Ambitious Boy to your next event.
