BEFORE YOU BOOK

HOW BOOKINGS ARE CONFIRMED

A date is not considered reserved until the booking agreement has been signed and the required retainer has been received.

RETAINER

A nonrefundable retainer is required to secure your event date. The retainer amount will be outlined in your booking proposal and agreement.

FINAL PAYMENT

The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule outlined in your agreement. Full payment must be received before performance services begin.

EVENT CHANGES

Changes to event date, location, performance time or scope of services may affect pricing and availability. Please notify our team as early as possible.

CANCELLATIONS + RESCHEDULING

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are outlined in the booking agreement and may vary based on the event, travel requirements and notice provided.

TRAVEL

Travel related costs may apply for events outside the Denver metro area, including airfare, lodging, ground transportation and other necessary expenses.

OVERTIME

Additional performance time may be available depending on Ricky’s schedule and will be billed at the rate outlined in the agreement.

PRODUCTION

Sound, lighting and AV requirements vary by venue and event. Production may be provided by the client, venue or arranged separately when available.
